Duties
Les tâches habituelles d'une secrétaire dentaire telles que: accueil des patients, prise de rendez-vous, gestion des appels, gestion de l'horaire, gestion des rappels et suivi de patients, la facturation, communication avec les assurances lorsque requise, préparation et suivi de plans de traitements, gestion des comptes à recevoir, préparation d'ententes financières et toutes tâches connexes.
Requirements
Expérience en secrétariat dentaire
sens de responsabilité
habileté à travailler en équipe
Bonne qualité de français et anglais fonctionnel
Personne attentionnée, organisée, débrouillarde, chaleureuse
